Positive role models can make a huge difference to our New Zealand youth.
With an increasing demand for Youth workers in Aotearoa, ULearn delivers education to the employees of youth service organisations. The part-time learning delivers a Youth Work qualification specific to the youth work industry, along with building mana and confidence.
The qualification awarded by completing ULearn is the New Zealand Certificate in Youth Work Level 4.

ULearn is delivered in a blended mode with all modules available online 24/7 in our learning management system, supported by a trainer who will engage learners in an online community and do one-on-one mentoring.
The delivery approach is to embed learning in workplace practice. We offer tailored partnerships for youth work organisations to develop staff, so they feel confident and equipped for the situations they will face.
Your staff will have their own personal mentor and coach throughout the course that meets with them every six weeks for a one-on-one meeting to discuss their goals and monitor their progress through the programme.
