NZST REFER A FRIEND TS&CS

Conditions of offer

• The offer consists of a $200 prezzy card if a student (as defined below) refers a friend who has otherwise had no contact with NZST to enrol on any September 2023 course at NZST Queen Street (Auckland), and that friend enrols and starts on a course at NZST (subject to places being available and the course commencing); before 19 September 2023 (“Referred Friend”).

• The offer is only available in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to students who:

• are an existing NZST student at 360 Queen Street or pre-enrolled into a 2023 course at this campus.

• are aware that the referred friend’s details will be verified by NZST prior to any prezzy card being awarded.

• The student will only be eligible to receive a $200 prezzy card once the referred friend meets all eligibility criteria for the course, has paid the fees, and attended more than 8 days of their course.

• The offer does not include any other discount or financial benefit to students or the referred friend and does not apply to amounts payable to the professional body for student/delegate registration, exemptions and examination entries.

• Redeeming the Offer assumes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Redeeming the Offer

• Yoobee Colleges Ltd is the NZQA registered provider.

• The offer commences on 1 August 2023 and can be withdrawn at any time, without notice. This offer expires 19 September 2023.

• Students cannot use this offer in conjunction with any other discounts or offers by NZST.

• The offer is non-transferable or redeemable for cash and no prize alternative will be offered.

• No employee of Up Education or any of its subsidiaries can claim a referral fee. NZST reserves the right to amend or discontinue this referral campaign and any other associated competitions at any time without prior notice. Should any disputes arise, the 'National Operations Manager’ decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
